Charlie Kolean is the President of Strategic Political Management (SPM), a full-spectrum political consulting firm renowned for delivering exceptional service and proprietary insights to its clients. With a career spanning over a decade in politics, Kolean has built a robust profile as an activist, candidate, party leader, and strategist.

Under his leadership, SPM has made a significant impact on the political landscape across the United States. In 2024, Kolean managed two major Super PACs—alongside advising numerous other clients—that collectively influenced over 150 elections, securing victories in eight statewide races and executing the largest independent expenditure in U.S. history focused on local races.

As a lobbyist, he has represented clients and causes focused on energy, foreign affairs, and election integrity, effectively advancing issues at both the state and federal levels.

He is also a frequent political commentator, appearing on outlets including WBAP Radio, Newsmax, BBC, Barron’s, and One America News (OAN). In addition, Kolean has held influential positions in both local, state and national party leadership, advancing initiatives and grassroots engagement.

Originally from Michigan, Kolean graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Economics, where he served as Chairman of the Michigan Federation of College Republicans and National Treasurer of the College Republican National Committee.

Dominic Arzon serves as the Vice President of the SPM, where he brings a dynamic blend of conservative leadership, strategic expertise, and public service experience.

A lifelong advocate for conservative values, Dominic founded one of the nation’s first high school chapters of Students for Trump and remained active in College Republicans throughout his years at Southern Methodist University, helping to energize and expand the conservative movement among young voters.

His grassroots involvement continued as a Dallas County GOP Precinct Chair, where he played a pivotal role in mobilizing the local Trump voter base and strengthening Republican engagement in the community.

Professionally, Dominic has worked in big data and strategy consulting, advising Fortune 500 clients and delivering actionable insights to help organizations solve complex challenges.

At Strategic Political Management, Dominic assists in identifying new workstreams and leads political consulting initiatives, including policy advocacy and influence campaigns that drive conservative priorities forward. Serving on both county and city commissions, he shapes policy development and community initiatives to promote responsible governance, championing these efforts through strategic coalition-building, innovative solutions, and targeted operations.
