In his leadership at SPM, Kolean has profoundly influenced the political landscape. In 2024, he expertly managed two Super PACs, in addition to advising numerous other clients, that played pivotal roles in over 150 elections, securing victories in eight statewide races and spearheading the largest independent expenditure in U.S. history focused on local races. His strategic acumen and deep understanding of political dynamics have marked him as a leading figure in the political consulting arena.

Kolean also served on the Trump campaign, where he further honed his skills and expanded his network.
